Privacy Policy

The General Incorporated Association ODYSSEY (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").

Personal Information​

  2. If the Company deems it necessary to respond to the request from the user, the Company will make the correction, etc., without delay.

  3. If the Company has made the correction, etc., or has decided not to make the correction, etc., the Company will notify the user without delay.

Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.

If requested by the individual, on the grounds that personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or has been acquired by wrongful means, to suspend or delete the use of personal information (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc."), the Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay. Based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, if it is determined that it is necessary to respond to the request, the Company will suspend the use, etc., of the personal information without delay. If the Company has suspended the use, etc., or has decided not to suspend the use, etc., the Company will notify the user without delay. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if suspending the use, etc., involves a large amount of expense or is otherwise difficult to perform, and alternative measures can be taken to protect the user's rights and interests, these alternative measures will be taken.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

  1. The contents of this Policy can be changed without notifying the users except as otherwise specified by laws and regulations or in this Policy.

  2. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the changed privacy policy will take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
